GoRekapp is a web-based service that integrates with Strava to automatically add weather information to your fitness activities. Our service:

  • Connects to your Strava account via OAuth authentication
  • Retrieves weather data for your activity locations and times
  • Automatically updates your Strava activity descriptions with weather information
  • Displays advertisements to support our free service

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use GoRekapp, you must:

  • Have a valid Strava account
  • Authorize GoRekapp to access your Strava data
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoRekapp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated tools to access the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

  • Strava: Your use of Strava through our service is subject to Strava's Terms of Service
  • Weather Data: Weather information is provided by Open-Meteo and similar services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.

6. Data and Privacy

By using our service, you consent to:

  • Compatibility with all Strava accounts
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Freedom from viruses or malicious code

Weather data is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoRekapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which may be $0 for free users).

11. Advertising

GoRekapp is supported by advertising. By using our service, you agree to the display of advertisements, which may be:

  • Targeted based on your interests and usage patterns
  • Provided by third-party advertising networks
  • Subject to separate privacy policies

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

12. Termination

You may terminate your use of GoRekapp at any time by:

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
